As experienced brand owners, we share valuable market knowledge and realistic expectations. Promoting community involvement, providing exclusive customizable resources, access to our design lab team, our community focus group and so much more, we strive to prepare our members with the knowledge and tools needed to embark on owning their own business and footwear brand.

Jordan Adoni
Jordan Adoni is a renowned Product Wizard and Celebrity Designer with over 15 years of expertise in footwear and manufacturing. Featured in Vogue, Elle, WWD, and numerous other prestigious publications, his work has caught the attention of A-list celebrities including Lenny Kravitz, who showcased Jordan's custom boots and belts at the 2022 Grammy Awards, Met Gala, and 2024 VMA Awards.
As founder of Modern Vice Shoes, Jordan built a multimillion-dollar handmade leather boots brand that has adorned the feet of Lady Gaga, Kate Hudson, Rita Ora, and countless other celebrities. His expertise extends beyond custom and limited-edition footwear – he's the co-founder of Breaking Hearts & Burning Rubber, a premium women's motorcycle boot and accessories brand, and Archive Shoes, featured in major retailers like Bloomingdales, Revolve, and Free People.
Jordan's manufacturing prowess includes collaborations with COACH and development of private label collections for Nine West and Men's Warehouse. His track record spans 10+ countries, with over half a million pieces manufactured, 150,000+ DTC sales, and multiple successful NYC retail locations.
Lauren Oakley
With over 15 years in manufacturing and logistics, Lauren's career launched at Cockpit USA (formerly Avirex Ltd.) where she mastered supply chain management, export operations, and wholesale customer relations. She's orchestrated exports across 5+ continents, partnering with major retailers like Macy's and Bloomingdales, while also managing contracts with the US Department of Defense and Department of Commerce for foreign aid initiatives.

Since joining Modern Vice in 2017, Lauren has driven the Private Label division to 200% growth over five years, while overseeing logistics, import operations, and inventory control across multiple brands. Her expertise spans from establishing Amazon storefronts to managing complex international distribution networks.
